ONE PROJECT, CONNECTED SUPPORT
Practical Support from Material Selection to Production.
Custom engineering plastic projects begin with more than a drawing. Operating temperature, load, wear, chemicals, electrical requirements, tolerances and documentation all influence the correct material and manufacturing route.
ZERO supports customers with standard or customized rods and sheets, cut-to-size preparation, material review and coordination for precision-machined components.
Scope, tolerances, inspection and documentation are confirmed for each project. Final feasibility depends on material, geometry, quantity and application requirements.
CUSTOM CAPABILITIES
Flexible Options for Different Project Stages.
Choose semi-finished stock, prepared blanks or drawing-based component support according to your production plan.

STEP 03
Sample or Production
Prototype, first article or agreed batch production according to project scope.
STEP 04
Inspection & Delivery
Complete agreed checks, documentation, packing and shipment.
PROJECT TYPES
Support for Development and Ongoing Production.
Project scope can range from a material blank for local machining to recurring drawing-based component requirements.
CUSTOM PROJECT FAQ
Before Requesting a Custom Quotation.
Providing complete project information helps us review material and manufacturing feasibility more efficiently.
Selected materials and dimensions may be customized subject to technical feasibility, production method and minimum quantity. Please provide the exact grade, dimensions, tolerance, color and expected volume.
Drawing-based machining support can be reviewed for suitable projects. Material, geometry, tolerances, inspection requirements, quantity and delivery schedule must be confirmed before quotation.
PDF drawings are useful for dimensions and tolerances. STEP or other suitable 3D files can support geometry review. Include revision level, units, material specification and critical features.
Available material documents and inspection records vary by grade and project. State every required certificate, report, test or traceability condition before quotation.
Please provide the drawing, component function, operating conditions, preferred material, tolerances, surface requirements, standards, documentation needs, annual quantity and required delivery date.
